Have you seen EBJ Events on TV?
That’s right! EBJ Events made its TV debut and is becoming bigger and better for future clientele.
Owner, Jessyca Canal, has given some great advice on two well-known TV shows, a big time radio show, and in two separate online blogs. Let’s take a sneak peek into how EBJ has been featured:
Miami Magazine Dynamic Women

CBS Destination Miami
NBC 6 in the Mix
Jessyca Canal was on NBC 6 in the Mix to talk about kids’ parties and what is in now and what isn’t. She gave the advice of having a lot of activities for the kids to do to keep them having fun. A lot of parties are moving away from magicians and clown performances because kids aren’t really interested in them or become scared. You want to make sure that the kids are having fun at all times. Also make the theme a little more unique because then you can put that detail in almost every aspect of the party.

Empire Now Radio: Professional Rounds Table
Jessyca was on Empire Now Radio to talk about her business, how long she’s been doing it, what made her interested in the job she has today, and where she plans to go with it. Jessyca runs an event planning company for weddings, and also corporate events. She enjoys making people dreams and unique ideas happen. Jessyca started planning events 7 years ago and started her business 3 years ago. Since then she has had major growth with her company and in the future is looking to expand to other areas of the country to open up businesses.

ModWedding
Jessyca also provided her input in ModWedding.com on the topic of managing your guest list. She gave the advice of prioritizing the guest list, which basically meant separating your guest list into the A, B and C list. A is the important people that you definitely need to have at your wedding (immediate family and bridal party), B is the people you want to invite and have at your wedding (friends and distant family), and then C is for the people that would come after all those people ( co-workers and plus ones). This helps with numbers and all.

Jessyca has had a lot of different ways she has reached out into the community to help with questions and to help her with business. TV and radio along with blogs are fantastic ways to market her company to the public. This will also help Jessyca reach her goal of opening other companies in different states across the country. If you want to see more of her in action, Jessyca also has guest starred on Caso Cerrado, written an article on Stylemepretty.com, and been featured in labridemagazine’s Instagram page.
